Very little is known about the book in question. It was presumably first issued in the early 1990s, and promotion of the book had a helping hand from one of Susan's former publishers and personal best friends, Lonny Moon, who even held a book signing with her. ("They Asked Me Why I Believe in You")

Several years after its original publishing, Edie Britt, a neighbor and friend of Susan's, managed to get her to come to her son Travers' birthday party, despite the wishes of Gabrielle Solis (who, at the time, was upset over the fact that Edie was dating her ex-husband), by holding another book signing for the children at the party.
