At the end of the season four finale, a flash forward in time shows life for the housewives Susan Delfino, Lynette Scavo, Bree Hodge, Gabrielle Solis, and Katherine Mayfair five years later and for Katherine it shows her listening to a voice mail on her answering machine of Dylan revealing to Katherine that her boyfriend Bradley proposed to her in Paris and she said yes. Katherine mentions to her best friend Bree Hodge that she might move to Baltimore to help Dylan and Bradley take care of their new baby son because Katherine has nothing holding her down to Fairview since she hasn't been with a man since her divorce five years before and she hasn't had sex in two years.
