Darcy Rose Byrnes is an American teen actress and singer, who is mostly known for portraying the roles of Abby Carlton in the soap operas "The Young and the Restless" and "The Bold and the Beautiful", Lucy Zinman in "How I Met Your Mother" and, of course, Penny Scavo on "Desperate Housewives". She was born in California to C.J. Byrnes and Cathy D'Arcy, who are both actors.
