Jeffrey Nordling was born on March 11, 1962 in Ridgewood, New Jersey. He and his wife Francia have twin daughters Eloise and Miranda (born in 1996) and another girl named Iris. He is skilled in the art of stage combat and is a certified fight choreographer. He is a member of Antaeus Classical Repertory Company.
