Lynette expresses to the seamstress that she dislikes Irina, so the seamstress tells Lynette that she will "get sloppy" with the push-pins. Lynette tells her that she is sweet. When Irina takes a phone call in Russian from her husband Alexei, she translates this for Lynette.
